Cooking isn’t my thing most days but especially in the summer.
Where I live we don’t get a lot of warm sunny days.
I want to spend these months soaking up the beautiful weather not hiding in my kitchen trying to come up with a meal to eat. I used to find myself cooking the same dishes over and over again which got really boring.
But... I didn’t have the patience to search for new recipes that are right for my Nutrition Integration.
